- Valuation services - Valuation of forest plantations in Ireland and abroad.

- Pluckerstown Woodlands, Kilmeague, Co. Kildare – Designed and managed by CFS and outright winner of the 1994 RDS/Forest Service Irish Forestry Award. Venue of national forestry fielddays in 1996 and 2007.
- Farnham Woodlands, Farnham Estate, Co. Cavan – Winner of the RDS/FS Irish Forestry Awards Merit Award 1997 for Amenity forestry. Venue of national fielddays in 1992 and 1997. More recently CFS was involved in work on the woodland area in connection with the development of an 18 Hole Golf Course for the new Radisson SAS Farnham Estate Hotel.
- Clonad Woodlands, Tullamore, Co. Offaly – Venue of a National fieldday in 1997 and currently undergoing a Forest Certification assessment.
- Lisnavagh Woodlands, Rathvilly, Co. Carlow – Venue of national fielddays in 1994 and 2008.
